A member asked:
What is the best way to clean the diffuser glass?
The best way to clean the diffuser glass is to soak it in ethanol (grain alcohol like Everclear) or in rubbing alcohol. I like to put it in an airtight tupperware container and let it soak for several hours--overnight if it is really bad. The alcohol will clean it really well. Then I rinse with water, and set it on a paper towel to dry. Wait until it is fully dry before using it again.
This has removed even gummed up myrrh and other oils that can thicken with time. It also does a pretty good job of removing any aromas that you wish to neutralize.
