Holiday Gift for Buyers Club Members

Once again that time of year has come when we like to appreciate all of our members with a gift for the holidays.  This year, we included with each winter order, a 1.5 ml vial of one of the following two Perfumes made from our essential oils, attars, and absolutes.  We hope that you will enjoy these little aromatic treasures as much as we do!

Holiday Cleaning Recipes

Recently a blog member wrote to me about a great shower cleansing blend, that works to neutralize the smell of mold as well as cleansing the shower from soap and detergent residue.  This recipe will keep your shower sparking, and smelling like sunshine!

Mold Free Shower Spray

8 oz. vodka
8 oz. water
6 drops blue gum eucalyptus essential oil
16 drops may chang essential oil

Mix all ingredients together and place them in a spray bottle.  Give a couple of sprays after every shower to elevate the aroma in your whole bathroom!  You will love this one when you try it.

Inspired by the above recipe, I added these sister recipes.  Use these in the kitchen and bathroom to bring a bright holiday sparkle and a heart-warming aroma into the bathroom.

Holiday Toilet Bowl Cleanser

8 oz. melissa hydrosol, pine hydrosol, or water
8 oz. water
4 ounces Vodka or Everclear
18 drops clove essential oil
10 drops peppermint essential oil
7 drops oregano essential oil
10 drops lemon essential oil

Combine all ingredients and shake or stir thoroughly.  Place mix into a spray bottle.  This will clean the bowl, and leave a lovely aroma to boot!  I like this one so much that I use it way beyond the holiday season.

Lemon Pine Holiday Germ Exterminator

16 oz. water
4 ounces Vodka or Everclear
18 drops Terebenthine pine essential oil
10 drops black spruce essential oil
16 drops lemon essential oil
3 drops peppermint essential oil

Combine all ingredients and place in a spray bottle.  Use this spray on countertops, faucets, sinks, and surfaces to eliminate germs and refresh the room.

Holiday Cookies Kitchen Spray

16 oz. water
4 ounces Brandy
8 drops allspice essential oil
8 drops ginger essential oil
4 drops cinnamon or cassia essential oil
6 drops clove essential oil
8 drops nutmeg essential oil

Combine all ingredients and place in a spray bottle.  When you clean your countertops with a spray or two of this blend, your kitchen will carry the aroma of holiday cookies even if you are not a baker...   and the kitchen will be clean--and safe!

Enjoy the Holidays, celebrate the Winter Solstice!

More on Healing with Cannabis (Hemp Essential Oil)

A Buyers Club Member wrote:

(A friend of mine) asked about Cannabis oil... she had a breast removed last year for breast cancer.  I… was wondering if you knew what kind of dilution should be used internally for cancer.  I didn't see cancer mentioned on the website.  She gave me permission to ask you. Any insight/information you can provide would be awesome!!

Thank you for this great question!

First of all, lets be clear about the cannabis oil we are talking about.  It is the essential oil, distilled from the flowers/leaves of the plant.  This particular variety is high in CBD (cannabinoids) and free of THC (the component that is illegal in most states).

This is an herbal remedy--not a drug.  Herbal remedies vary greatly in recommended dosages, because they work differently with the human body.  Much more variation is encountered in recommendations from different herbalists, depending on the method that they use.  Here is the starting point that I would personally recommend for treating cancer.

The dosage for using cannabis oil to support healing from cancer, is different than the semi-homeopathic dosage that I would suggest for Alzheimers or pain relief (see this blog post).  It should be a higher dose, and it may be dependent on two things:
1)  How sensitive is she to oils, herbs, and medicines?

If she is very sensitive, she should use a much smaller dose to begin with, and gradually work up to a larger dose.

2)  How is she going to take the cannabis oil?

If she is taking it orally, it can be blended with hemp oil (vegetal, pressed from the hemp seeds, from the health food store) at a rate of 10 drops per 1 ounce bottle of hemp oil.  Her dosage should then be 1/2 teaspoon, 3 times daily.  She will need to take it at least 3 months to give it an opportunity to work.

She could also take it orally by using a gelatin capsule, and putting 1 to 2 drops in a capsule, to be taken 3 times daily.

If she is more interested in using it in bolus form, mix the melted shea butter with cannabis oil about 40 drops to 1/2 cup shea butter.  This will result in a similar dose.  A lot of people are using it this way, since it enters the blood stream faster through using boluses.

Remember to also tell her about eating an alkalizing diet--NO coffee, alcohol, tobacco, sugar and artificial sweeteners, or breads/pastries;  and LOTS of greens and vegetables!  If she chooses to give it a try, she needs to support it with this kind of diet too.

Lotus Absolutes

Several of our Buyers' Club Members have asked for a comparison between the Pink Lotus and White Lotus absolutes.  They both arrived a couple of days ago, and I have had the opportunity to enjoy them and develop some thoughts about them.

As I opened the bottle of Pink Lotus absolute, the aroma basically jumped out of the bottle to meet me.  It carries a strong floral top note, with a radiance that expands as you inhale.  The classic lotus heart note with its sweet/spicy powdery, mildly fruity fragrance carries rides under the top note.

The White Lotus absolute is quieter, more reserved.  As I opened the bottle, it waited for me to come to it.  When I inhaled, its rich and deep heart note aroma filled me with a happy feeling.  Its aroma is a fuller, softly fruity and floral, classic.

Though they blend well together, they are like two sisters from the same family, with different personalities.  Together or alone, these two aromatic beauties form the foundation for many possible   natural perfumes.

It is interesting to me how similar the comparison is aromatically to comparing them visually.  The pink lotus flower is definitely louder, more sensual; while the white lotus flower is softer, more ethereal.

Essential Oils for Moles and Warts

Hello again,

There is a buyers club member who has had amazing results with Thuja essential oil for treating moles and warts.  She sent these photos, with the following comments!

Mole before thuja oil treatment

Hi Kathryn,
Here are the before and after mole shots.
Roughly 10 days after using Thuja Essential Oil, it literally just peeled away.
This oil kicks butt and takes names.

As you can see this mole looked a little iffy. Cracking and bleeding, irregular shaped.

I put a little dab on my finger 2 times a day after cleaning the area well.
Remember the fellow I gifted some to for his warts?
He is still wart free!

Mole 10 days later

Thank you for sharing these great photos--I see that a picture is really worth a thousand words.

Thuja is by far the oil that most people use for removing warts and moles.  But if it does not work for you, check out this story from another buyers club member, about her daughter.

Dear Kathryn and Michael,

This email has been in my head for months! I had a conversation with Sara today and said to myself this is the day - no matter what.  She just went through an amazing healing and only thought to tell me about it after the fact.  So here's the story!

She's had a mole for years on her shoulder that never changed etc. It's been pretty hot here and she's been really loving the sun.

She FELT this mole changing very quickly. She described actually feeling it going deeper and spreading, and could see the shape and color changing in size and texture. She goes through oils pretty quickly and it turned out the only ones she had were White Fir and a Eucalyptus.  She started putting them on twice a day with a bandage.

The first day was uncomfortable, the second day a black ring formed around the mole, the third day the mole started to rupture.  The sixth day the mole came off on her finger.

The seventh day the black ring sluffed off when she rubbed the ring. it's perfect now. Such an amazing story. So grateful!!!

Thank you for sending in this story.  It certainly opens everyone's minds to the fact that there are always an assortment of oils that could do the job, even though some are more commonly used for certain purposes.

We love receiving your updates, healing experiences, and learning experiences with the oils!  Stay tuned, I imagine there will be more to follow with this one.

Healing the Heart

Kathryn,

I have been asked  for healing information regarding healing the heart from damage caused by pharmaceuticals.     Dr. John Christopher used hawthorn berry for heart  issues.    I know CoQ10 is used exclusively in Japan for the elderly and all with heart issues by their medical personnel.
Any information or assistance with this would be appreciated.   The person asking is a young person.

My reply:
What a great opportunity this is, as I have recently had some experience in this department and I know from experience that it can be healed.

Some wonderful healing support is available through the use of essential oils.  For a list of oils that have an affinity for healing the heart, see the Summer Seasonal Oils List on our website.  I would also include Everlasting, Vitex, and all Pines on that list.

CoQ10 or Ubiquinol, is a key ingredient for healing the heart.  There are 2 different kinds of it, and one is okay for people until about age 25, the other is better for people over 25, and generally more absorbable.  See this Mercola article to learn the difference.

In my experience, there are several herbs that will really help with this too.  Ganoderma (AKA reishi mushroom) is a tincture that I would highly recommend taking for about  6 months, or until the symptoms have disappeared. Jean's Greens Herbal Tea Workscarries a 5 mushroom tincture that includes Ganoderma.

(We will have a wild Ganoderma with Chagga mushroom tincture available at the Autumn Buyers Club order.  It is actually ready now, and is stronger than the Jean's Greens tincture.  I just started taking it myself and it is amazing.  Sells for $22.00/30 ml dropper bottle, or 100 ml for $60.00, no dropper.   Dosage is 11 drops, 2 times daily. Watch for it on our website).

I would also suggest  taking a tea of the following herbs daily for an extended period of time:

Nettles, schisandra berry, hawthorne berry, He shou wu (AKA Polygonum or Foti root), Goji berry, and Solomon's seal root (AKA Polygonatum or Yu zhu).

Another key ingredient is daily powdered Goat whey (Mt. Capra Mineral Whey).  This provides the perfect combination of protein, trace minerals, and sodium (NOT salt, but elemental sodium)  that the body needs to heal the heart.  I would recommend drinking a cup every day through the healing process.  I have seen miraculous results from people taking this supplement.  It is even more important if your client is a vegan or eats minimal animal protein foods.

Finally, I would suggest for the next 6 months, to avoid entirely caffeine, carbonated beverages, artificial sweeteners of any kind, and alcohol.  All of these things in the system make it very hard for the body to do the regeneration that it needs to do over the next 6 months.

And great support can also come through wearing rose quartz, green kyanite, green tourmaline, and emerald stones as a pendant close to the heart.  Any of these will help open the blocked energy flow as the body heals, and help clear the emotional and spiritual issues surrounding the condition.  Crystals and gemstones are available from Red Hawk Oils and Crystals; and Song of Stones.

For those who are interested in healing the emotional/mental patterns causal to heart issues, one of the patterns that I am aware of is a constant belief that one is trapped;  possibly trapped in a relationship, a job, or some other situation from which there is "no way out".  For  clearing this pattern, I would suggest ruby, emerald, or malachite gemstones; Sweet Basil, Champaca, or Ylang ylang essential oils; and flower essences of Apache Plume, Cliff Rose, or Sandlily.

Another heart pattern that is quite universal is the belief that one has been betrayed, and subsequently has closed the heart to intimacy.  For clearing this pattern I would suggest amethyst, rose quartz, green kyanite, fluorite, or green tourmaline gemstones and Sandlily or Thistle flower essences.

Moringa Seed Oil, Feet, and Toe Nail Fungus

Hi Kathryn,

I wonder if you can help me out with something.  I have been using the moringa oil as a supplement.  I began with 1/4 tsp and I’m up to 1/2.  I’ve also used it on my face and hands and I’ve been putting it on my toenails to help with fungus.

One of my big toes in particular is most affected.  The nail was thick and white.  As soon as I put the Moringa on it, the nail changed to a yellowish pinkish colour.  It happened immediately.  Something is happening for sure.

Then yesterday I put the oil on my toes after dinner instead of before breakfast or lunch, which I usually do and I applied it to my toes - I also rub it into my feet as well.  It’s so moisturizing.

I didn’t notice anything until bed time, but my toes were red and peeling and there were a couple of puffy bumps on them.  I was guided to check in with you and ask if you thought I could be reacting to the Moringa.  I am, as you know, super sensitive.  It doesn’t make sense because I’ve put the Moringa on my hands and even my face and I’ve been fine.  Aren’t the feet the least reactive of the body?

I’m hoping it’s something else, but I do remember my toes getting red before when I applied the Moringa.  I did shower before I noticed the redness.  Is it possible that the water or heat could been a catalyst?

Anyway … I thought I’d reach out and see if you had any ideas.

Thanks for asking this question.

One of the things that assures me that it is NOT an allergic reaction to the moringa oil, is that it is not happening everywhere that you have applied the oil on your body.  If it was a true allergy, it would create a reaction everywhere that was exposed to the oil.

I am going to propose a possible explanation of what is going on, then offer a possible solution or two.

First, I think it is important to know that this is happening on your feet/toes.  Because of gravity, the feet and toes tend to collect a lot of toxins in their tissues.  This inhibits circulation, and makes the skin and nails susceptible to things like fungal infections and rashes--even sores that do not heal.

Many people use foot baths and detoxifying foot treatments to help remove those toxins.  Here is a foot bath link from a company that a Chiropractor I knew in Alaska used to use for her patients.

Since toxins build up in the feet, the circulation in the feet is often depleted.  When you put the Moringa oil on, it increases circulation in the area rapidly.  This is going to turn the tissue pinkish.  It is also going to give the body a boost to heal nail fungus, and other conditions.  However, when the blood begins to circulate more in these areas, it is naturally going to "wake up" the toxic accumulations in the tissue.

If the body has enough help from the oil to initiate the healing process, it will immediately try to kick out the toxins.  The only way it has to do this, is to form rashes or blisters, or in some cases phlegm (pus), to move the toxins out to the surface.  The body must take the tissue involved into an acute stage before it reaches the stage where the tissue is healed and clear.  I have seen this many times, and I believe it is the source of the old expression, "It has to get worse before it gets better".

Now what to do about it; stopping the oil application will take away the body's support to heal.  But applying it daily is taking it further into a cleansing reaction.  So my advice would be to cut back, but not discontinue, using the oil.  You may want to wait several days between applications, which will give the body time to settle down again between exposure.

Obviously, if it is necessary to move through an acute stage process with this to clear something out, it is still going to happen.  But, with herbal cleansing,  sometimes it is possible to gradually work your way through it without experiencing intense symptoms, just by controlling the level of exposure to the cleansing herbs or oils.  It just requires patience to do so.

Another possibility might be to incorporate some detoxifying foot baths during this time, to lower the level of toxic accumulation.  There are many different types, including the Ionic foot bath, epsom salt foot baths, clay foot baths, and even essential oil foot baths. You may want to do some online searching to find out the pros and cons and to select the best form for you.

Thank you for the question, and I would love to receive an update after a month or two...

Solution for Pouring Moringa Oil (and other viscous oils)

Hi Kathryn,

I received my oils and they are wondrous.  I’m just beginning to play with the Moringa.  I noticed it’s quite thick.  Does it need to be heated to use.  I’m trying to separate some of it out to give to family members but it’s too thick to transfer into small bottles as it is.  I always hesitate to heat oils - especially ones that are going to be consumed.  Any suggestions for how to work with it.

thanks!

Thanks for your inquiry.

Working with the cold-pressed botanical oils is tricky, since we do not want to defeat the purpose of keeping the temperature low during production, by heating the oils to make them pour!  Yet they must be heated enough to make them flow.

I have found with the moringa that it works well to place the bottle that is containing the oil, into a cup or mug for hot drinks.  If your bottle is large (100ml or more) you can put it into a medium sized bowl.  Pour hot, but not boiling, water in the cup until it reaches about the midpoint of the bottle’s height. (You may lose your label doing this, so you will want to find another way to identify this bottle).

Let the oil sit for a few minutes and check it often.  Once it is truly liquified, use it quickly before it returns to its thickened state.

Another great thing that I have found with the moringa, is that it stays a bit more liquified by adding other essential oils to it.  I am currently taking it with these oils added (see this recipe).  I am sure that the amount and kind of essential oils added will create a different effect, but this combination is keeping it thin enough to be used with a glass-dropper bottle.

The method of warming the oil with hot water can be used for CO2 extracts, and any viscous oils that  need to be poured.

A Eucalyptus Experience

FROM A BUYERS CLUB MEMBER:

Kathryn and Michael,

Last night I woke up in the wee hours of the morning.  I was feeling stuffed up.  I was uncomfortable.  I was having trouble taking full deep breaths.

I intuitively thought of Eucalyptus - or maybe it was more that Eucalyptus was speaking to me.  When the mind is not fully awake yet, the heart is more open to the messages that are coming to it.  I happened to have 2 Eucalyptus Tree oils near me.  One was Blue Gum.  The other was Red Gum.  Blue Gum is one I often go to to help open me up so I can breathe more fully.

I opened them each up one at a time and sampled their scent.  Tonight Red Gum was more appealing to me.  I’ve come to see the that scents that are most appealing are the ones that are most needed in the moment so I trusted that.  I opened up the bottle of Red Gum and placed it near me.  After just a minute or two I already noticed my breathing passages opening up.  After 10 minutes I was taking full deep breaths and feeling much more comfortable and relaxed.  I closed up the bottle and was asleep almost as soon as my head was back on the pillow.

A side note:  Be mindful of how long you breathe in the oils.  I have noticed that I begin to get headachy when I’ve been breathing in some oils for too long.  I have come to see that there is a certain shift in the aroma of the oil that lets me know when it’s been enough.

When you are aware and your intent is to listen to your body and the oils - you’ll be guided perfectly.  There is a consciousness and a wisdom in the oils that can be accessed when you’re open to it.  Until then, reach out to a trusted source for advice and do your research into the oil you’re wanting to engage with.

Thank G-d for the gifts of the earth : )

More About Healing Teeth

Hi Kathryn & Michael:

Thought I’d share this story with you.

A 5 year old girl in our area had rotted teeth that were nubs and black to the gum.  She also had a gum infection and tooth pain that she had been suffering for days.  Her parents had taken her to a dentist and he wanted to remove all of her teeth and make some kind of a spacer to hold space for her permanent teeth to come in when they were ready.  Her parents did not have the $8,000 cash to do this work.

I was called and I used your recipe for remineralizing toothpaste.  I told them that I could see she was deficient in nutrition and I suggested foods and herbs to take along with the remineralizing toothpaste.  I had started her mom on nutrition in her second pregnancy because I noticed she was pale and sickly and so was this child.  The second child was healthy with healthy teeth.

She used the toothpaste and oils faithfully.  I saw her yesterday.  She walked up to me shyly and said “no more pain.” There were a dozen women with children there working on a quilt.  The women were all excited to show me what had happened.  She opened her mouth and her teeth were bigger, and the black was almost gone.  They looked so much better.  Her gums had healed up.

The families all  asked me to make toothpaste for them and I left there with an order for 20 pints of toothpaste.  I had given them the recipe to make their own, but they did not want to do it.  Today I received another call.  They increased the order to 26 pints.

I am so happy for that little girl, and these women are now quite convinced that nutrition is important during pregnancy and in between to regenerate the mother’s energy and nutrition in her body.

It was a lovely experience, and I am happy for them and appreciate so much your recipe.

In return I am offering my infection recipe for healing gums that the little girl used.

Place the following in an empty 5ml bottle:
15 drops Calendula (aka Marigold)
8 drops Frankincense
8 drops Myrrh
5 drops Clove
3 drops Oregano

Then fill the 5 ml bottle with Organic olive oil.  Apply 3x daily after brushing teeth!

Have a great day.

My Reply:

Thank you so much for sharing this story!  I have heard quite a few stories of improvement and healing with the remineralizing tooth paste recipe, but this story is by far the most heartening...

Using Boluses as an Herbal Treatment

Vaginal and rectal boluses are an alternative way of using herbs internally.  They have some distinct advantages to taking herbs orally for certain purposes.

Vaginal boluses are useful for treating the following conditions.
  • Vaginal dryness, infections (including “yeast” infections)
  • Cervical dysplasia
  • Menstrual discomfort, pain, cramping
  • PMS
  • Uterine fibroids
  • Hormone imbalances
  • Cancers—uterine, ovarian, vaginal, cervical, bladder (as a compliment to other forms of treatment)
  • Endometriosis
  • Genital herpes
  • Ovarian cysts

Rectal boluses are useful for treating the following conditions.
  • Rectal and colon infection
  • Hemorrhoids
  • Hormone imbalances
  • Prostate swelling, congestion
  • Cancers—prostate, colon, bladder (as a compliment to other forms of treatment)

Both types of boluses can be used as alternative herbal treatments, when the person is unable to eat or drink the herbs, or in the case of children who may not be able to swallow capsules or handle the bitter flavor of some herbs.  Inserting a bolus at bedtime allows the herbs to be gradually absorbed into the bloodstream over night.

How to Make Boluses
My favorite base to use for bolus recipes, is natural unrefined Shea butter.  I have seen recipes using Coconut oil as a base, but I am very partial to Shea butter.  When blended with herbs and essential oils, Shea butter melts at body temperature. And it is very nourishing to tissues; it can soothe any reaction to even the most harsh herbs or oils necessary for drawing out cancers or healing internal infections.

Basic Bolus Recipe

  • Melt  2 cups of Shea butter over a very low heat. (I suggest that you purchase a 1 or 2 quart pan just for the purpose of melting Shea butter.  The time and energy you will save by simply wiping out the warm pan with a paper towel rather than trying to clean it with detergent and water, will really simplify your life).

  • When all of the solid pieces of Shea butter have melted, turn off the heat and let Shea butter sit at room temperature for several hours.  Once the pan has cooled off, you can speed up this process by placing the whole pan and Shea butter in the refrigerator to cool.  Set a timer for 30 minutes, and keep checking it every half hour so you see when it changes color and begins to solidify.

  • As soon as the Shea butter begins to change color, take it out of the refrigerator.  Add 4 Tablespoons of French green clay, Moroccan rhassoul clay, or Pascalite and stir well with a large spoon.  Mixture should be very thick, thick enough so that the clay does not separate and sink to the bottom when you stop stirring.

  • Add about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of finely ground or powdered herbs and stir well.  (See the following list of possible herbs and their uses).

  • Add about 20 to 30 drops of essential oils and stir well.  (See the following list of possible oils and their uses).

  • Place the pan back into the refrigerator for another 4 to 6 hours, or overnight.

  • Cut 3 or 4 inch squares of waxed paper, about a dozen.

  • Remove the pan from refrigerator.  (Shea butter mixture will feel hard when you try to stir it with a spoon).  Break into the mix with your spoon and scoop a teaspoonful out.  Use your hands to shape the boluses into 2 inch long pieces, about the diameter of your index finger.  They will resemble a small tootsie roll.  Your hands will soften the shea butter and cause it to become very pliable.  If mixture becomes too soft to shape, put it back in refrigerator and wait another 30 minutes or longer.

  • Place the boluses on a plate or flat pan.  Put them back in refrigerator to firm them up again.

  • When they are firm enough to handle, roll the tootsie roll shaped boluses up in the waxed paper squares and twist the ends.

  • Place the wrapped boluses in a Zip lock freezer bag, and store in the freezer.  Be sure to label them clearly!  They can easily be mistaken for candies by an unsuspecting guest.

Additives

Herbs that you may want to include in your bolus recipe: (Use herbs in powdered form, or grind whole herbs into a powder in your blender).
  • Chaparral leaf—is a very deep blood and tissue cleanser, great in cancer formulas and for infections or inflammation

  • Yellow dock root—blood cleanser, liver cleanser, helps to balance hormones
  • Black walnut hull—purifies blood, cleanses internal tissues, strengthens endocrine system
  • Goldenseal root—blood and tissue cleanser, stimulates circulation, and purifies infection and parasites; a potent anti-cancer herb, also effective with viral, fungal, and bacterial infections
  • Black cohosh—uterine tonic, strengthens ovaries, liver, blood, and hormone balance
  • Devil’s club root—cleansing and purifying to blood and tissues
  • Blood root—anti-cancer, natural remedy for tumors and inflammation
  • Saw palmetto—helps relieve prostate congestion and inflammation; natural remedy for cancers, hormone balancer for men

Essential oils and other additives that you may want to include in your bolus recipe:
  • Foraha—antiviral, emollient oil that combines with ravensare ro make natural remedy for herpes infections
  • Ravensare essential oil—combines with foraha to make remedy for herpes and genital warts; strong anti-cancer, anti-infectious, and anti-viral
  • Marigold CO2 extract—soothing to tissues, emollient and hydrating, as well as anti-inflammatory
  • Mastic essential oil—styptic, stops bleeding and reduces swelling; great for bleeding hemorrhoids, other bleeding conditions
  • Cypress essential oil—relieve congestion and sweeping in prostate glands
  • Frankincense essential oil—anti-tumoral, anti-cancer and reduces inflammation in tissues
  • Thuja essential oil—anti-cancer, natural remedy for viral warts, herpes, and cancer
  • Neem CO2 extract—anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, treats cervical dysplasia, fibroid tumors, and vaginal issues
  • Turmeric CO2 extract—drying, drawing; draws necrotic tissue out, used for treating tumors, fibroids, prostate and rectal cancer, vaginal cancer and infection
  • French green clay—draws toxicity and necrotic tissue out, helps heal internal organs
  • Pascalite—draws toxicity and necrotic tissue out of cells;  changes internal environment so it will not support infectious microbes
  • Moroccan Rhassoul—draws toxicity and stimulates circulation for healing tissues;  rhassoul is best for cleansing heavy metals or radioactive residue

How to Use Boluses

When you are just about to go to sleep for the night, remove a bolus from the freezer.  Remove the wrapper, and insert the bolus with your finger into vagina or rectum.  It will feel cold, but should not be too uncomfortable.

Wear some old underwear to bed, one that is dedicated to this use.   Boluses and the residual herbs may stain underwear permanently.

Allow boluses to dissolve internally while you sleep.  Some people will have a lot of “leakage” the following morning, and many will have no “leakage” at all.  If you are recovering from a vaginal infection, hemorrhoids, tumors or cancer, you will need to repeat this treatment every night or every other night.  Infections may be gone in a week;  other conditions may take up to 6 months of treatment, especially cancers and fibroid tumor conditions.

Please remember that dietary and lifestyle changes are a necessary part of the healing regime, for cancers, tumors, and other degenerative diseases and conditions.  For serious conditions, one should also include oral treatment with herbal tonics; acupuncture and/or other energy healing support is also recommended.

It is just as important to find the cause of the dis-ease and change it, as it is to follow the healing procedure with foods, remedies, and herbs.  There is always an emotional causal pattern with cancer and degenerative diseases.

How to Make a Vaginal Douche

If you are using vaginal boluses internally for a long period of time, a cleansing douche should be used after every two or three treatments.  Here are several possibilities for cleansing douches:

  • Use lavender, rose, chaparral, or melissa hydrosols as a douche.  You may add up to half the amount of water to the hydrosol if you prefer.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon golden seal powder, 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2 Tablespoons plain yogurt with live cultures,  and 1 drop tea tree oil into 1 quart of hot water.  Shake it well, then let is sit for an hour.  When it is warm but no longer hot, strain the liguid.  Fill a douche syringe or bag and use it.
